Adult Education Program Manager Jobs in California

Reviews and evaluates plans, manuals, policies and procedures while conducting field visits to monitor quality assurance in the programs

Responsible for recruiting, training, and scheduling staff

Maintains client files and facility file(s) as specified in California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 17 Chapter 3, Subchapter 4,

Participates in Individual Program Plan, Transition and Interdisciplinary (ID) team meetings

Obtains medical and dental evaluations, emergency care, and follow physician's orders for consumers, as needed

Audits all internal programs daily. This includes, but is not limited to employee time keeping

Monitor and manage annual program budget, review expenses, secure resources and funding.

Knowledge of Stanford systems and policies

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, ability to handle diverse workload.

Basic knowledge of managing budgets and developing financial plans.

Excellent customer service skills and ability to adapt to changing work environment.

Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates the ability to work well with Stanford colleagues and clients and with external organizations.
