Admissions Services Coordinator Jobs

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Minimum of two (2) years paid experience in a high-volume customer service position.

Paid or volunteer experience working in a multicultural setting.

Demonstrated experience in process improvement.

Paid or volunteer customer service experience in a healthcare environment.

Min to Max Hourly Salary$21.30 - $31.94 /hr

Maintain a good working relationship with other departments to ensure current garden knowledge while supporting garden events.

Assist volunteers with daily job requirements.

Proactive in selling the benefits of garden memberships.

Must be organized, excellent at multitasking, and display strong interpersonal skills.

Review/maintain stock levels of collateral at the kiosks and communicate the needs. Maintain the front desk with appropriate supplies/forms.

Assist guests with tour requests.
