IT Administrator Job Description

Job Summary:

The IT Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. The IT Administrator will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

What is IT Administrator Skills Required?

• Knowledge of network and computer systems administration, including Windows, Linux, and Mac OS
• Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
