Quality Management- experience reviewing the work of peers or subordinates and/or conducting training activities.

Demonstrates interpersonal skills by effectively communicating with all levels of management, staff, peers, customers and stakeholders.

Data Management-Use spreadsheets and databases to complete and track work assignments.

Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is a requirement for all Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Personnel (HCP).

Experience/Education Combination. Equivalent combination of experience and education are qualifying for entry level for which both education and experience are acceptable.

Previous Experience Scheduling: Appointments, Cancellations, Labs, X-ray

Previous Experience providing customer service and resolving informal complaints
