Overview The Administrative Assistant for Special Events is responsible for providing administrative support to the Special Events team. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detailed Job Description

The Administrative Assistant for Special Events is responsible for providing administrative support to the Special Events team. This includes but is not limited to:

• Assisting with the planning and execution of special events
• Coordinating logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
• Creating and maintaining event budgets
• Developing and managing event timelines
• Preparing and distributing event materials
• Managing event registration and RSVPs
• Tracking event attendance and post-event follow-up
• Assisting with event marketing and promotion
• Maintaining event records and databases
• Providing administrative support to the Special Events team
Job Skills Required
• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least two years of experience in event planning and/or administrative support
• Knowledge of event planning software and databases
