Provides leadership to the Mobile Medicine team through clinic flow, roster management, and quality improvement initiatives.
Manages communications channels to include, but not limited to, e-mails, voicemails, incoming/outgoing phone calls.
Manages inventory of supplies in conjunction Mobile Medicine team.
Provides direct one-on-one patient education and oversees provision of patient education by Medical Assistants. Participates in group education as needed.
Assist with coordination of care to other CommuniCare services, including dental care, behavioral health, diabetes education, etc.
