Account management experience in the healthcare industry, preferably a working knowledge of GPO’s and Distributors.

Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business/sales models to help manage and influence business growth.

Demonstrating a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs

High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in outside or inside sales.

Two (2) years of experience in outside or inside health care sales in a private, public, government or military environment

Skills include solution selling, listening skills, and gaining commitment

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management through oral and written presentations I reports.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:

Enhances personal knowledge of Werfen products and other disciplines to increase ability to provide rapid, effective support.

Must have good organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and exercise good judgment.

Proficient skills in typing, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word and other job critical applications

Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Manage agendas for divisional meetings and take minutes.

Maintains record of professional memberships, licenses, CV’s/APR, and certifications, prepares renewal paperwork and payments as needed.

Exercise knowledge of HR policies and procedures and provide basic guidance and advice.

Reconcile and manage P-Card for travel and lunches.

Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience supporting the daily operations of an office in a healthcare setting is required.
