An Associate’s degree in Nursing is required with one year of psychiatric experience.

Act Team Specialists are responsible for providing support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. They work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide case management services, coordinate care with other providers, and provide crisis intervention services. They also provide education and support to clients and their families, and help them to access community resources.
