The ACT Team Lead will provide direct clinical services to individuals with serious mental health and/or substance use disorders, and will coordinate and monitor the team’s services. The ACT Team Lead will also be responsible for developing and implementing individual treatment plans, and for providing crisis intervention services. The ACT Team Lead will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with community partners, and for providing consultation and education to other providers.
