Accounting Management Associate Jobs in Ohio

Time management & ability to meet weekly deadlines (for invoicing, timesheet entry, etc.)

Assist with different billing / invoicing requirements across business-units

Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Accounting or Business studies and 1-2 years’ experience preferred

Prior experience using accounting software (Sage Intacct is preferred but not required)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Organizational skills to track status of multiple weekly tasks

·additional project management such as human resources, media (print/social)

·operate all aspects of accounting from data entry to financial analasys, cost allocation plans, depreciation, inventory

·Key Member of our executive leadership team

·Currently, this is a one person accounting office, but this position works closely with other senior leadership to carry out tasks

·Looking for a take-charge, innovative, out-of-the-box thinker

·This is a heavily audited organization (State and Federal agencies, as well as CPA firm) so attention to detail is crucial

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance

0 - 2 years' experience in accounting

Work closely with the department heads to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activity

Assist in preparation and distribution of financial statements

Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
