Account Engineer Jobs

Bring customers a deep knowledge of the UiPath platform and capabilities

Evangelize the value that automation brings to businesses by combining digital workforce with the exponential power of AI/ML capabilities

Work closely with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to channel customer feedback and continually refine UiPath offerings

Knowledge and understanding of Continuous Process Improvement methodologies

Demonstrated experience of simplifying and communicating complex concepts to a technical and business audience

Technical knowledge and business acumen

Possess 3+ years of highly protected risk, specialized industry and/or boiler and machinery field experience

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), computer skills and a client focused approach.

Analyze and manage risk improvements of an account and work with the client to prioritize and implement them

Partner with CRS and Client Service Teams to enhance client relationships and promote engineering capabilities.

Mentor and train lesser experienced staff

Possess a bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
