Pay Range: $18.00 - $27.00/hour for clinical work* (based on experience)

Work one-on-one with children with autism in one of our centers or a home-based setting.

You have working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.

Additional responsibilities may be added, such as clinical mentorship and trainings, with participation in our BCBA Clinical Ladder Program

You possess a current BCBA certification.

You are skilled at using software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.

You have knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

Complete Assessment and Treatment plans following Cortica's clinical model, BACB and insurance guidelines

Excellent soft skills such as time management, creative thinking, team player, excellent work ethics, and self-motivator

Experience with implementing functional behavior assessments with children with autism and related disabilities.

Experience conducting language/communication, social, play, and skill-based assessments.

Experience in designing, implementing, and/or training others using individualized needs using skill-based curricula.

Strong clinical background or experience in administering verbal behavior assessments.

Ability to conduct staff ABA-related training topics Knowledge of the principles and practice of Applied Behavior Analysis

You have 1 year of experience working in the ABA field.

You are skilled at using software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.

Assist with Assessment and Treatment plans under the direction of the BCBA Pod Leader.

Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists (BI) in the pod

Ensure quality clinical care meets all minimum supervisory and parent training hours and productivity expectations.

Monitor and update programming aspects of each client's clinical case and update the team accordingly.

At least two (2) years of supervisory or training experience in the field post certification.

3-5 years of supervisory or training experience in the field post certification.

Provide expertise in assigned content areas by maintaining current knowledge in the field.

College-level or field teaching experience strongly preferred.
