ABA Assistants are responsible for providing direct one-on-one instruction to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). They use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to develop individualized treatment plans and then implement those plans. ABA Assistants also provide support to families and caregivers of individuals with ASD. They may also be responsible for collecting data and tracking progress.
