2Nd Shift Manager Jobs

Provide prompt, accurate and professional responses, guidance and information to clients and company management as needed or requested

Dining Assistant Manager, Full-time. This is a 2nd shift, Monday thru Friday position.

Participate in team member meetings and training programs; provide coaching to team members as needed

Ensure compliance with proper sanitation and safety standards

Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of individuals, ranging from client contacts and company executives, to hourly team members

Responsible for answering all incoming calls on the MAR NOW line

Conducts all necessary caller follow-up contacts, following established FGC protocols

Maintains child welfare certification. Completes 20 hours of training yearly to include certifications that are required yearly.

Perform Red Cross shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty/services as directed.

This is a 2nd Shift position.

Oversee and guide lab analysts on continuous improvement tools such as standard work and visual management.

Oversee project management of all Data Integrity related activities with the relevant teams.

Manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities of moderate complexity within the division typically involving cross-functional representatives.

Reasoning ability including strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge in the application of statistical tools, root cause analysis and/or six sigma methodologies.

Schedule classes and other education programs to assure compliance with hospital requirements

A Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Hire, develop and manage the performance of staff in a departmental unit or functional division.

Manage financial data and monitor budget to meet goals.

Provide clinical education to develop staff competency.

Oversee clinical education activities and agreements with other educational institutions.

You should possess some supervisory or management experience.

Must work well with team members and other store management.

Food service management a plus!

At least 3-5 years relevant experience in similar production environment; preferably in the food industry.

Previous experience in poultry industry, preferably with First and Second processing.
