Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems

ETO or CTO experience preferred

Required 2 plus years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

What qualifications will make you successful?

B.S. degree (highly preferred) in engineering , business management, operations management, supply chain management or related field preferred.

Assist other supervisors and/or Plant Manager in directing the overall operation of the plant, performing special projects as needed.

2-5 years overall manufacturing experience.

Experience in a supervisory or lead role is highly desired, specifically experience in associate development and safety.

Working knowledge of all facets of manufacturing including continuous improvement, team building, safety, associate relations, quality, and customer service.

Good oral and written communication skills and strong leadership skills are required.

Responsible for working closely with the operations manager in accessing future staffing requirements and work schedules.

Has the authority to make unsupervised decisions consistent with the scope of responsibilities.

2+ years supervisory experience preferred, ideally within the industrial cleaning environment/related to our line of work.

Proficient MS Office skills, preferred.

Responsible for coordinating daily work schedules.

Responsible for evaluating employee performance, initiates and documents corrective action when appropriate.
