High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in operations management or related field is a plus

Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to operations management

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping

Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an operations environment

Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and management.

Knowledge of maintenance activities and techniques through bachelor’s degree program, appropriate apprenticeship or equivalent work experience.

Work closely with the Area Manager and the Scheduler to prioritize assignments based on production needs.

May assist Maintenance Manager and/or Area Manager with budget preparation.

Maintain skills and stay current with evolving technologies through professional societies and training.

Minimum 7 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
