Analyze staffing requirements and ensure efficient compliance to production schedules and budget for all production process

Manage the production floor activities and ensure that all company procedures and policies are followed.

Monitor equipment for proper functionality/verify poka yokes are working correctly. Report poka yokes not working correctly/bypass and unsafe/defected operations immediately

Understand all aspects of Exhaust production processes, in order to train the operators and leaders

Responsible for leading, training, mentoring, and evaluating performance of production staff

Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and maintenance, and quality of product

At least 5 years of work experience in warehouse management,

Conducting a management review of the warehouse’s essential functions.

Assist the management team and provide support as necessary.

BS/BA Degree (Experience may substitute for Education)

Calculating, posting, and reviewing financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records, including monthly general ledger closing

Audits contracts, orders and vouchers; Assists in preparation of governmental surveys

Assists with document preparation for financial statement audit

Functions as a back-up for in-house payroll preparation

Conducts surveys of systems within operations to ascertain needs of organization

Working knowledge of lean six sigma methodologies and experience in leading change.

Strong computer skills with experience in the Microsoft Office suite.

Indoor office area with outdoor production and lumber yard management.

Establish budgets and manage costs to drive improving financial performance.

Compensation: $50,000 -$62,000 Base (D.O.E.) + Benefits+ Bonus

Experience in Monte Carlo simulation
