ABA Behavior Technician Pay range $18.00 - $25.00/hour

Identify and qualify prospective new customers by adhering to Solect’s qualification parameters.

Be able to articulate the benefits of solar, including tax credits, depreciation, incentives and ROI.

Maintain a working knowledge of various state and utility specific incentive programs.

Working knowledge of Salesforce is required

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual qualified meeting goals.

Utilize Solect’s business systems efficiently including Salesforce, Zoominfo, Google Suite, HubSpot and others as instructed in conjunction with outreach activities.

Oracle and/or Large ERP systems skills with Advanced Excel

Monthly financial statements and reporting

Oversee the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

Oversee key planning and performance metrics

Assist in preparation of board presentations

Responsible for systems, processes, dashboards, and metrics

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with courses in typing/word processing, business machine operation, and general office procedure;

Good knowledge of arithmetic, spelling, and the English language;

Skill in operating a personal computer and basic office software, such as the Microsoft Office suite;

Files in alphanumeric order and locates material from files;

Handles regular communication with parents and bus coordinator regarding bus schedules, routes, and bus changes;

Supervisor license recommended, or eligible for licensure by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education, and Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA);

Teaching experience and experience coaching at the varsity high school level preferred. Experience in athletic administration a plus;

Verifies each athletes eligibility according to established physical and academic requirements of eligibility for participation in each sport;

Bachelors degree, Masters preferred, from an accredited college or university, in a related field;

Supports school-wide initiatives around the social and emotional health and well-being of all students;

Fosters good school-community relations by keeping the community aware of, and responsive to, all athletic programs;

May administer vision, written, oral, and/or road examinations to evaluate drivers’ knowledge and skills to safely operate motor vehicles.

Six months experience in applying laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures.

Six months experience in using an automated information system to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve/inquire and report on data.
