Work you'll do
  • Evaluate and support complex IAM and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
  • Advise clients in global trends relating to IAM requirements and work collaboratively with them to enhance capabilities
  • Work includes project management, practice operations/development, sales, innovation, eminence-building and people development
  • Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services.
  • Multitask and switch gears to meet changing priorities and tasks to accomplish goals/objectives.
  • Utilize IAM (Identity and Access Management) programs to enable federal, state, local and/or higher education clients to protect against digital identity risks.
  • Communicate the IAM aspects of both the production support and maintenance at the technical and functional level to maintain or resolve a technical situation.
  • Lead clients in designing, deploying and managing repeatable strategic solutions for the management of technological and organizational controls supporting Identity and Access Management.
  • Oversee the spread of information with privileged access management.
  • Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support clients IAM applications.
  • Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
  • Responsibilities could include designing, installing, implementing, architecting to configure and maintain one or more Identity & Access Management products such as Okta, SailPoint or ForgeRock in a client environment.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Experience in developing TO-BE architecture, concept of operations, and transformation roadmaps
  • Ability to assess existing technologies and make recommendations on best practices for ZTA components (good to have knowledge of cloud systems)
  • Ability to obtain & maintain the required security clearance
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Ability to work remote with travel up to 15% annually
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral); ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with enterprise security architecture and designing, building and implementing enterprise IT security systems
  • Adheres to industry standards (e.g. CISA, NIST standards) in planning, evaluating and implementing ZTA technologies
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship.
  • Advanced knowledge of Zero Trust pillars/concepts, frameworks and implementation strategies
  • Strong capability and extensive experience in capturing technical requirements and defining technical solutions in the form of conceptual, logical, and physical designs.

Preferred:
  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
  • Experience in developing cost models, technical delivery plans, technical solutions, basis of estimates (BOEs) and Bill of Materials (BOM) development.
  • Experience in data classification standards and controls, network architecture/appliances/segmentation, SEIM
  • Previous experience with developing technical SDLC documentation.
  • Must be team-oriented and able to collaborate across many participating teams
  • Experience with onboarding and managing privileged accounts across network environments.
  • Must have good people skills, client management experience, and experience communicating technical information to business owners.
  • Experience supporting Federal IT projects that integrate multiple ICAM/IAM technologies
  • Additional Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP
  • Enhances security team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
  • Previous identity analytics experience
