Job Overview
The Logistics Operator V is responsible for various assignments, duties, and tasks within the Warehouse, primarily using PIT Equipment, other than a Pallet Jack. This role is also required to build pallets, Unload Inbound and Load Outbound products and or materials; Replenish the Pick Floor or Vertique Mezzanine Areas; Layer Line Operation; Trailer Switching, and or fulfillment of Customer Orders. This role will travel throughout the warehouse pick area to retrieve and stack specific products and quantities, per the Pick Ticket assigned computer screen on a pre-determined conveyor, and or pallet; build stable pallet(s) of product, meeting or exceeding Warehouse, Company expectations; while maintaining any determined expectations of safety, accuracy, and, or efficiency.
This is a second shift position that will work Monday-Thursday from 3:00PM-2:00AM.
Pay- $24.30
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load outbound Product and, or Deposit items by transporting them from their assigned Storage Area within the Warehouse to the Loading Docks and placing them on the appropriate Trailers in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner
- Replenish Product to the Warehouse Pick and, or Vertique Mezzanine Areas by transporting such from their assigned Storage Areas within the Warehouse to their specific assigned Location (Bin) within the Pick and, or Vertique Mezzanine Area in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner
- Transport Full and Empty Trailers to designated Docks and, or Drop Parking Spaces in the Yard
- Create Layer Pallets as specified by the Layer Tickets assigned and, or supporting the Layer Line Operation
- Unload Inbound Product, Raw Materials, and, or Deposit Items; transport such from the Docks to their designated Storage Areas within the Warehouse in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area and warehouse, performs other tasks including pallet building as determined and requested by management
- May perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Flexibility in Scheduling is required as work hours are subject to change based on business demands
- Ability to work in a noisy and non-climate controlled including high and low-temperature environment
- Intentional self-starter takes initiative and proactively seeks out value-add opportunities
- Ability to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processes
- Easily transition between different work areas as needed throughout the workday, meeting minimum expectations within those areas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while walking and repetitively lifting 30-75 lbs.
- Attention to detail and ability to differentiate our packages
- Ability to read and interpret instructions from the computer screen
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification: Pallet Jack, Forklift, Double Forklift, Hy-jaws, Ty-Guard, Triple-Double, and Switch Tractor, Scrubber.
- Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school

Noisy and non-temperature-controlled environment
