We are seeking an experienced and professional X-Ray Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray technology.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and answering any questions they may have.
• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
• Ensure that patient records and images are accurate and complete, and that they are properly stored and secured.
• Follow infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform X-ray imaging procedures on patients as prescribed by physicians.
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines for the use of X-ray equipment and the handling of patient information.
• Monitor and maintain supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies and reporting any equipment malfunctions or needs for repairs.

Requirements:

• Current state licensure as an X-Ray Technologist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an X-Ray Technologist.
• Strong knowledge of X-ray imaging techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
