Full-Time, Part-Time, and Quarter Time positions available in the following locations:

Our updated fiber-optic network in the Keystone region has brought forth the opportunity for many customers to experience XFINITY Products like never before. As a Sales Consultant, you will be onsight in a high traffic retail setting to conveniently explain products and services as well as verify eligibility for new and existing customers.

Xfinity retail sales consultants are put through a week-long training program guaranteeing their expertise in all aspects of our products and procedures. Ongoing training and support are provided on a weekly basis to ensure all of our representatives are educated and informed of any new technology, promotions, or updates within the XFINITY Suite of Products.

As a retail sales consultant, you will be trained to consult with 3 segments of customers.

1. Non Subscribers: Customers who currently do not have any services with any providers.

2. Existing: Xfinity customers who currently have 1, 2 or 3 of our products.

3. Competitor: Customers currently subscribed to a competitors product
