WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Greet all outpatients and prepares them to be seen by RN and Physician by removing Wound dressings, taking VS, and photography.
  • Accurately document patient care.
  • Assist RN in Hydrotherapy by preparing equipment and patient. Clean whirlpool tanks.
  • Perform Department specific cleaning.
  • Perform delegated patient care procedures keeping in mind the age specific needs of the patient.
  • Schedule Patient appointments.
  • Obtain necessary information from patient or physician office for pre-registration.
  • Transfer patient and assist physicians and Wound Care RN in outpatient Wound and Vascular Center.
  • Assist in the preparation of units, patient rooms and beds.
  • Complete and scan financial/insurance information and explain to patient.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma
