Seeking a highly motivated Workday professional, to be an integral part of the transformation of the Human Resource function and building out organizational capabilities through the global implementation and ongoing operation of Workday. The implementation of Workday will reshape and redefine the current HR system and process landscape and drive efficiency by consolidating outdated disparate systems into the single modern Workday platform.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of HR Technology and Shared Services, the Workday Senior Analyst will serve as a key member of the HR Operations team and have significant impact on the overall project.

Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on role responsible for and involved in all aspects of ongoing HR operations including:
- Assist in the HR strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness around acquisition and divestiture activities including but not limited to the conversion approach and execution for data, processes, global impacts, reporting, and change management
- Write advanced reports that include creating calculated fields and maintaining dashboards, providing the HR Team and wider organization with accurate data and analytics
- Serve as the key resource to assist HR and Leaders in identifying and developing reports and pulling information and analytics necessary for their operations
- Maximize the technological capabilities of Workday to support specific strategic HR and organizational objectives
- Partner with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and end users on data and systems projects, integrations, and reporting and analytics; ensuring the integrity of data and security
- Lead the effort to continually improve business processes and data, identify opportunities for system enhancements to achieve great employee experience, and increase Workday adoption
- Foster best practice discussions among project team members, the HR community, and end users to realize process improvements and workforce efficiencies
- Management of Workday system including project planning, task and progress tracking, risk identification and mitigation, and executive status reporting for different areas
Professional Experience/Qualifications
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge in different situations.
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years proven Workday experience implementing and maintaining an HCM systems in a corporate or consulting environment required.
- Demonstrated history of quickly gaining credibility and partnering with business leaders.
- Strong preference to have managed large complex global Workday projects, within the span of the following: HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting Integrations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
