Job Description
Ibotta is seeking a Workday Analyst to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.
Are you an enthusiastic Workday expert looking for a new challenge and a chance to make an impact? Ibotta is looking for a Workday Analyst with extensive Workday knowledge to support our post go live optimization. If you are interested in making an impact at Colorado’s first consumer technology unicorn, this is the role. This role reports to the Manager of People Operations, and will be responsible for building and executing our workday strategy in collaboration with teams across the HR function. This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:

  • Provide support for Workday integration issues, changes to existing integrations as, well as new integrations
  • Plan for and support Workday biannual feature releases and other updates
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities
  • Provide support for HR colleagues by troubleshooting, researching and resolving HR systems and workflow problems, unexpected results, or process flaws
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a can-do spirit
  • Work with HR leadership to build and execute our Workday roadmap
  • Collaborate with vendors to build, test and maintain data feeds
  • Optimize and maintain our Workday HCM platform
  • Partner with HR functions to continuously improve our business processes, provide dashboard and management reports/reporting
What we are looking for:
  • Ability to keep a sense of urgency under ever-changing circumstances; the ability to collaborate, yet self direct work with a high level of autonomy
  • Ability to provide consultative solutions to HR peers and business leaders using Workday best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree required, experience in lieu of education considered
  • A strategic mindset towards business outcomes and management of KPI’s, metrics and daily deadlines
  • 2-4 years of HRIS Analyst experience; with a minimum of 2 years in a Workday HCM environment required
  • Phenomenal organizational skills with attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
  • An orientation that combines qualitative and quantitative; you use data as a tool

Additional Details:
  • This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity.
