Easy Ice continues to grow and seeks a bright, highly motivated Work Order Specialist to join their team. In this role, the Work Order Specialist is responsible for providing timely and accurate review and documentation of work orders received from our service providers. Ongoing technical training will be delivered by the Technical Services Board to ensure work order review captures any work orders not in compliance with Easy Ice SOP expectations.


Responsibilities:

  • Review and processing of work orders, In compliance with Easy Ice technical SOP, based on tech notes and pictures
  • Back-office administration and paperwork
  • Escalate any work orders needing additional attention or service needs
  • Reschedule Preventive Maintenance work orders, as needed
  • Review Preventive Maintenance invoices
  • Responsible to consistently increase technical knowledge
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required
  • Distribute/Filter customer service emails daily
  • Maintain customer and service provider contact lists
  • Create and distribute Preventive Maintenance work orders to service partners
  • Monitor adherence to Maintenance Plan schedule
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with customer requests
  • Update and clean up customer information within Salesforce


Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Team oriented
  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Intermediate level of technical aptitude
  • 5 years Customer Service or equivalent experience preferred
  • Self-starter
  • Prolonged periods of time sitting
  • Detailed oriented and high level of accuracy delivered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use
