In this role, you will act as support for key distribution-center applications and technologies. Responsibilities include remote WMS, RF and Bartender systems support to ensure Fullscript systems are stable, reliable and effectively supported. The position will partner with other remote resources to ensure effective WMS coverage is provided to all distribution center users, as well as identify changes and opportunities that support a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse/retail distribution experience, as well as a demonstrated ability to work independently while organizing and prioritizing workloads in a fast-paced, customer- focused environment


What you'll do


  • Providing WMS support to distribution-center management and end users
  • Developing and maintaining system dashboards, reports and queries to support evolving business processes.
  • Collaborating with and assisting other on-site IT support resources as needed
  • Collaborating with WMS development and support teams to effectively develop and test WMS enhancements, integration changes and system upgrades.
  • Conduct systems configurations, testing and participate in the deployment of supply chain system enhancements, upgrades and maintenance activities.
  • Read and write SQL queries and stored procedures for troubleshooting, generating reports and extracting and analyzing data
What you bring to the table


  • You have some technical and programming skills including database (SQL) query and stored procedures. Ability to read and write SQL and understanding of relation databases is required
  • Excellent attention to detail, sense of urgency and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must clearly understand the end-to-end processes (wave planning, picking, packing, slotting) across the applications and technologies and integrations (RF, Telnet, Bartender, shipping systems, etc.)
  • Supply chain and distribution industry knowledge. Experienced with WMS software and support (Highjump/Koerber One/Warehouse Advantage)
  • You have 5 plus years relevant WMS experience (Highjump Warehouse Advantage) with knowledge and skill of the Highjump application tools, de-bug, AWESM, webwise, advantage architect, commander.
  • Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders in the business to develop requirements for changes to the system and workflow architecture.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
