Wmh Rn - Home Health - Full-Time

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the state of PA; Minimum of 1yr. Med/Surg nursing exp.; Experience with a community health nursing agency experience preferred. Valid PA drivers license.

Physical Standards:

Constantly: (Exists 75% or more of the time) Standing; walking; repetitive driving.

Frequently: (Exists 25-75% of the time) Sitting w/back support; reaching (overhead, forward, lateral, low); stooping (bend at waist); crouching (bend at knees); twisting; balance; lifting and carrying 5-10 lbs.; operating motor vehicles; exposure to infect hazards, slippery surfaces.

Occasionally: (Exists 5- 25% of the time) Climbing; crawling; lifting and carrying 10-25 lbs. and 75 - >100 lbs. (help is available); pushing and pulling 75-100 lbs.; operating machinery; exposure to chemical hazards

Rarely: (Exists under 5% of the time) Lifting and carrying 25-75 lbs.; pushing and carrying > 100 lbs.; exposure to dust, physical hazards.

Sensory Requirements Visual: close paperwork, color vision required; Hearing: conversation, monitoring equipment, telephone, transcription, background noise; Sensory Discrimination.
