Are you an experienced Sr. Windows Systems Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client in the Southwest of Atlanta has an immediate need for a talented professional to join their team. This is a contract position with a duration of 6+ months, offering full-time hours.

Daily Activities:

• Ensuring system security, implement Cluster/HA, and adhere to industry standards
• Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows Server, ensuring smooth software and hardware operation
• Supporting and maintaining backups of servers, applications, and databases using Veeam/HYCU
• Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting virtualization using VMware/Nutanix HC
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Windows server trends and best practices
• Automating tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages
• Providing efficient help desk support to end-users, resolving technical issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Automation skills, preferably with PowerShell or other scripting languages
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, particularly VMware/Nutanix HC
• 5+ years of experience as an expert-level Windows System Administrator
• Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam/HYCU
• Strong proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Server
• Expertise in securing systems, providing audit evidence, and implementing Cluster/HA and standards
• In-depth understanding of Windows server trends and best practices
• Familiarity with Tanium administration is a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in U.S without Sponsorship
