Job Description
  • Experience in at least one backup tool – BackupExec /Netbackup /Arcserve/ Legato
  • Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issues
  • Patch administration and deployment
  • Troubleshooting Clusters and related issues in a SAN environment
  • Should have good communication and customer interaction skills.
  • User Account administration
  • File and Printer administration
  • Must have aptitude and attitude to learn/work on new technologies.
  • Fine-tune the system for optimal performance
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining windows servers
