We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Residential & Commercial Exterior Building Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning the exteriors of residential and commercial buildings, ensuring they are kept in top condition.

Responsibilities:

• Following all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Using high-pressure washers, and other specialized equipment to clean buildings.
• Identifying and reporting any damages or potential hazards.
• Cleaning the exterior walls, windows, and roofs of residential and commercial buildings.

Requirements:

• Ability to work at heights and operate specialized equipment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in exterior building cleaning or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
