As a window cleaning apprentice, you will be learning to provide our customers with an excellent service experience. We clean windows, solar panels, rain gutters, and pressure wash buildings. The Glass Man is committed to growth. This is a work environment where your personal and professional goals matter. • Every day starts at 7:45 am from our office in Ventura.
• This job is full-time and we offer 3-day weekends all spring, summer, and fall.

. We utilize top-of-the-line equipment.

• We focus on safety, first.
• Starting pay is $19-20/ hour with plenty of room for growth.
• Paid vacation, paid holidays, and medical benefits.
• We carry and climb ladders up to 50 lbs in weight.
