fun and safe place for children to go when school is out.
We are looking to fill a full-time Site Leader position at GRASSLAND Elementary School in Brentwood, TN.
Site Leaders manage the day to day before and after school program at an assigned elementary school. They build relationships with families, students, and staff. Site leaders get the opportunity to mentor and
be mentored in our program. It's more than just a job, It's about making a positive impact.
Here are a few job details

• Full benefits package through Williamson County
• Full-time, 12-month position
• Paid time off including holidays, sick time,
• Monday-Friday hours, 8 hour shifts between 6:30 amand 6:00 pm
• Fringe benefits available for school age children
• Personal time, vacation time, inclement weather and system closed days
• Pay is between $34,431up to $47,335 a year, based on experience

Duties
Site Leaders assist with managing the before and after school program at their assigned school location. They build relationships with school admin, parents, staff and children. They engage in leading children in fun activities.
Job responsibilities include the following

• Planning special events and activities
• Supervising children and staff
• Building positive relationships with parents, students, staff, and school admin
• Communicating with parents about happenings and upcoming events
• Maintaining DOE compliance
• Creating staff and child schedules

Requirements

Site Leader Qualifications

• High School diploma, college degree preferred
• Minimum 1-year child care experience or management/ leadership experience
• Current First Aid/ CPR certified
• Successfully pass background check
