Wellness Ambassador & Ritual Coordinator

What we’re looking for:
We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and hospitable individual to run in-person demo experiences at our pop-up showroom in Los Angeles, CA. Our ideal candidate has experience in the hospitality and/or wellness industry, is organized, detail oriented, and is committed to providing a top notch experience to our guests.

Essential Qualifications:

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Entrepreneurial qualities such as:
• Experience in a wellness environment preferred
• A demonstrated ability to represent the Ancient Ritual brand, increase brand and product awareness, and deliver a highly engaging experience for customers
• Strong ability to read a room and carry conversation effortlessly
• Passionate about and actively practicing wellness for physical and mental health
• Enjoying fast-paced rhythm, constant change and being comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Experience in a hospitality environment preferred
• Being a self-starter in a fully-remote environment: taking direction and being able to execute without constant supervision
• Excellent organization skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Driven, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering a tailored experience
• The ability to “wear many different hats” and be “hands on”
• A passion for creating things from scratch
• Excellent communication skills

Role Summary:
Reporting to our Co-Founder, the Wellness Ambassador & Ritual Coordinator, LA will be focusing on 2 main priorities:
Priority 1: Responsible for the execution of the Ancient Ritual activation at our LA partner by running experiences on a daily basis of invited guests through this exclusive pop-up experience of our product.
Priority 2: Responsible for the coordination of LA scheduling and logistics, including performance reporting.
Core Responsibilities (Individual Contributor):

• Tracking against our metrics and submitting weekly demo reports
• Provide personal attention to the guest from the moment they walk through the door
• Oversee sign-in process and administer temperature check (as needed)
• Treating everyone as a VIP and personalizing the experience for them
• Submitting guest feedback surveys post-experience
• Handling guest communications and inquiries via email
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule
• Interacting with guests in an excited, informative way to give them the best experience possible and encourage them to make a deposit
• Scheduling/rescheduling guests within our booking platform
• Educate guests on our brand mission and product features and ensure a seamless, positive, and consistent experience
• Administrative Tasks including but not limited to:
• Showing up as your best, genuine self, reflecting the values and mission of Ancient Ritual
• Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion with the personal information of each guest
• Turnover space, clean unit, and handle laundry needs
• Set up, tidy, and maintain facilities for demos (clean towels placed, water bottles filled, candles lit, etc.)
• Start, switch, and stop content experience on Mac operating system
• Manage the steady flow of guests to be time efficient
• Debrief guests after completion and administer post-session feedback survey

Key Performance Indicators:
This role will support the department metrics which will be measured specifically as follows:

• Qualitative feedback from guests on their experience
• Project execution — time and budget
• Project forecast – number of appointments and conversions, among other metrics
