Join the team as a Welding Engineer and contribute to our daily welding operations through your technical expertise. You will play a crucial role in analyzing process efficiency, troubleshooting defects, ensuring quality control, and driving cost savings. Your responsibilities will include evaluating, developing, and applying welding specifications according to industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain weld qualification reports, procedure specifications, and work instructions.
• Analyze welding processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Develop and optimize welding procedures for high precision components.
• Utilize various welding technologies, including GTAW, EBW, LBW, Vacuum Furnace Brazing, and Brazing.
• Troubleshoot welding defects and implement corrective measures.
• Provide technical training to operations teams and customers as needed.

Requirements:

• Resourcefulness, creativity, and ability to take initiative.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both technical and non-technical.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in welding engineering or a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in Welding, Metallurgical, Materials Science, Mechanical, or Mechanical/Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited program, or relevant technical work experience.
