Welders Mig & Tig/Fabricators

The roles and responsibilities of welders and fabricators are as follows:

• Have a knowledge of working with aluminum and stainless steel
• Have experience and skill in layout and use of measuring tools
• Set up and tune welding machines for proper weld penetration and cosmetics
• Read prints and measurements (fractional and decimal)
• Have experience with standard metal working tools (hand and power tools)
• Show knowledge and skill with MIG and/or TIG welding processes and characteristics

Minimum and Preferred requirements:

• Must have a good attendance record
• Willing to train motivated individuals
• Must be willing to work in a team environment
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have a can do attitude
• Experience with fitting up and welding intricate assemblies
