JOB LOCATION – Germantown, WI

STARTING DATE – ASAP

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift

STARTING PAY – $30-$35/Hour

Responsibilities

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, specifications and layouts to determine materials requirements and methods used to create the structures.
• The Welder is responsible for cutting and joining various types of metals to create mechanical structures some of which require a great deal of precision.
• Creation of jigs and fixtures to fabricate the weldments along with the quality inspection of welds to assure quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Welding certification or degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years open table set-up welding experience is required.
