Job Description
The Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute is one of the nation’s premier orthopedic destination for medical tourism. Founded by Dror Paley, the world’s foremost expert in limb lengthening and deformity correction, the physicians at the Institute offer a comprehensive range of services, from hip replacements and pediatric orthopedics, to the most technologically advanced limb-lengthening, spine deformity, joint preservation and deformity correction treatments available from infancy to adulthood.
The Paley Orthopedic & Institute seeks a full time (remote) web developer and SEO Manager to manage its websites and work with the marketing team to develop a targeted and impactful web strategy which will ultimately yield patient conversion. The ideal candidate will be well versed in SEO best practices and will make recommendations to promote the Institute, the physicians and the service lines.
Responsibilities
  • Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Knowledgeable of Google Workspace and Admin Console
  • Staying plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them to operations and activities
  • Working with marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks
  • Maintaining, expanding, and scaling our sites
  • Monitoring of digital reputations of practice and physicians
  • Integrating data from various back-end services and databases
  • Knowledgeable with all Google Marketing Platform products
  • Maintaining with continued improvement of site’s mobile responsiveness
  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
  • Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Creating and updating of website layouts/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
  • A solid understanding of healthcare compliance, HIPAA, and PHI when related to marketing, website, and email management.
  • BS in computer science or a related field
  • A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management and best development practices
  • Ability to be a self-starter and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns
  • 3-Years experience in web programming (Wordpress experience a plus)
