Web Accessibility Expert Jobs

Appen is a leading provider of high-quality training data for machine learning and artificial intelligence. We’re seeking individuals with web accessibility certifications to work on a project that focuses on website accessibility. The project will start in May and involves detecting bugs and determining if websites meet accessibility guidelines criteria.

Requirements

• Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines and standards such as WCAG 2.0 or 2.1
• Experience in website testing and quality assurance
• A web accessibility certification such as the Dept of Homeland Security Trusted Tester Web Certification Program, IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies, IAAP
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Certifications

• Dept of Homeland Security Trusted Tester Web Certification Program
• IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies
• IAAP Certified Professional in Web Accessibility
• IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to undergo an assessment to validate certification credentials
• A commitment to providing expert advice and maintaining the highest professional standards
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to answer complex financial and accounting questions succinctly and accurately
