Position Overview: We are looking for a qualified team member to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members daily. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

What You Will Do:

• Work in a fast-paced E-Commerce distribution environment and maintain a positive, motivating leadership presence.

• Monitor, analyze and measure waste and productivity in area of responsibility.

• Co-ordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.

• Be customer focused in an ever changing and developing logistics environment.

• Strategize, collaborate, and communicate goals and targets.

• Be a resource for information for your associates in your area of responsibility.

• Support, teach and train all safety policies.

• Be data driven with all communication and feedback.

Minimum Job Requirements:

· Strong written and oral communication skills.

· 1-2 years of logistics warehouse experience. (Inbound or Outbound)

· Ability to walk in and around entire warehouse facility frequently.

· Ability to stand for up to 10-12 hours per day.

· Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word PowerPoint.etc)

· The ability to speak, read and write in English highly preferred.
