Job Description
Globalbit is a software development agency, specializing in the development of web and mobile solutions.
We are looking for a creative Team Lead with experience developing web applications and software services to join our Team.
Responsibilites:
  • Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems
  • Creating end goals for their team
  • Analyzing users' needs and then finding applications to serve them
  • Training technical personnel
  • Guiding their team through technical issues and challenges
  • Conducting security audits to identify areas of improvement
  • Delegating work and assignments to team members
  • Supervising system modifications
Requirements:
  • Experience in role of Tech/Team leader – advantage
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with micro-services design and development
  • Practical knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes),
  • Experience in web-based development with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React) and NodeJs
  • Familiar with Agile development methodologies, tools and practices
  • 5+ years extensive SW development experience
  • Strong system design skills
  • Excellent personal skills, collaboration, team-work, strong interfaces work.
