Pay: $19.00/hr to $21.00/hr depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional work on Saturday

Responsibilities

• Safety Compliance - enforce safety protocols and best practices within the warehouse, ensuring all employees are aware of guidelines and adhere to them.
• Supervision - lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations. Schedule and assign tasks to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Data Entry - accurately records inventory and activities of the warehouse.
• Vendor Relations - work closely with vendors to track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive relationships.
• Quality Control - implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure incoming and outgoing materials meet our standards.
• Inventory Management - oversee and manage the company's inventory. This includes receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials, as well as tracking stock levels, and conducting regular inventory audits.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of proper handling and storage requirements
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising and motivating a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse preferably in the HVAC and plumbing industry
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in using an inventory management system
• Proficiency in MS Office and other software programs
