Job Responsibilities: Order tires as needed or required Efficient use of personnel Delegate duties to qualified personnel Layout warehouse to maximize space Hire, discipline, and terminate personnel as needed Other duties as assigned by supervisor Job Requirements: Understand basic knowledge of AS400 system Knowledge of the commercial tire market-sizing and application Analyze existing sales figures and estimate future use Good communication skills Must be able to work a flexible work schedule as needed Maintain positive work attitude Maintain a clean and orderly work area Class \'A\' CDL recommended Physical Demands: Frequent lifting required-must be able to lift to 100 lbs. Employee is regularly required to talk and hear in order to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and co-workers Constant standing required with frequent and repetitive twisting and bending We offer competitive pay and a great benefits package.
