We are seeking an Inventory Manager to work alongside our estimating and production teams. Along with ordering and maintaining inventory, the candidate will work with the estimating team to manage proper inventory levels of products. The candidate will manage all inventory at projects and two warehouses and ensure that inventory levels are maintained at desired levels and that all products are of good quality and delivered to projects when needed. This may be done using outside vendors or delivering the products ourselves.
Duties and Responsibilities of this position are but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the accuracy of purchase order data: including items, quantities, pricing, due dates, special instructions, and terms and conditions, and receipt dates.
• Resolve order and billing discrepancies in coordination with accounting and vendors
• Handle Shipping & Receiving regarding incoming shipments
• Establish and maintain an accurate inventory of all product and check quantities to ensure accuracy
• Build and maintain good business vendor relationships while seeking out new or alternative vendors as required
• Make sure product costs are being associated with the right jobs.
• Monitor weekly purchase orders
• Communicate with management concerning new products and forecasts
• Keep track of outgoing and incoming products and the jobs they are assigned to.
• Ensure inbound shipment count is accurate to purchase order
• Keeping team members informed of inventory issues
• Conduct monthly inventory audits, and identify discrepancies.
• Pursue opportunities that will improve the Company’s cost position
• Manage a small warehouse team.
• Load and unload trucks as necessary with the use of a skid steer or forklift.
• Assign and track equipment for projects.
• Assure the integrity of the inventory
• Process returned purchased items that are not acceptable or do not meet specifications.
