The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands on Warehouse Manager, responsible for all warehouse operations. Reporting to the General Manager, your main responsibility will be ensuring that all tasks related to daily orders are completed in a timely and effective manner.
To cater for our company’s growth needs, you will also be expected to implement system and process improvements and manage change throughout the warehouse.
What are some specific tasks the role requires to be done?
WH Operations:Pick and pack orders, ensure daily orders are handled in a timely manner, assembly of products, in/out despatch of orders, forklift operation, container unloading, stock take, cycle counting.
Coordinate and Communicate: Be the point of contact between Warehouse and Customer Service team. Process tasks within our ERP system and Shipstation (shipments, returns,…)
Inventory Management: Ensure overall inventory accuracy by having regular stock takes, developing, implementing, and enforcing effective control systems, maintaining order, and proper handling/system transactions of stock movement.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to enhance processes and increase efficiencies. Set up/maintain more efficient layouts to improve workflow.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with quality assurance procedures and workplace health and safety standards
- SAP and Shipstation experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous experience in warehouse management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including packing, storage, distribution, and inventory management
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent attention to detail

- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM hours
- Vacation and holiday pay
- 1 hour lunch break
