Job Description
Summary You will serve as a Warehouse Coordinator of FLTREADCEN EAST. Responsibilities You will resolve conflicts in customer descriptions of required items, recommend substitutes and advise about alternative acquisition approaches. You will analyze the results of applying guidelines and recommending changes. You will develop plans for approached that may be taken in resolving questions and recommending stock levels and frequency of reordering. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Contacting customers, supplying organizations, transportation units and others to obtain material status information. 2) Utilizing Maximo Computerized Maintenance System (CMMS) to receive, manage inventory, and ensure accurate tracking. 3) Analyzing and evaluating work activities related to kitting operations for compliance with regulations and policies to ensure material is being kitted and distributed in accordance with the maintenance schedule. 4) Executing a wide range of established and commonly applied methods to provide activity-level warehouse services to support equipment, facilities and service functions. 5) Issuing material to artisans based on work order requirements and charging cost against a valid work order.
