The Warehouse Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Warehouse Manager and team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate documentation, i.e. purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, etc. to maintain accuracy and correct matching of appropriate paperwork.
Update inventory and purchasing records within a database.
Communicate effectively with local Operations team, Headquarters Warehouse and Purchasing teams, as well as local warehouse and drivers.
Review invoices and purchase orders for accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe PDF.
Warehouse Administrative Experience Is Preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
High degree of attention to detail.
Data entry experience.
Time Management skills.
