Patients owe $500B every year in out-of-pocket medical expenses, and there's only two ways for medical providers to collect – either the patient pays or someone else does. We focus on the latter and call it medical financial aid.

Our platform we're developing proactively matches patients to programs, automates enrollment, streamlines the back office billing and collection activities, and manages coverage gaps for patients on an ongoing basis. Patients access and afford the care they need while providers get reimbursed to keep the lights on and continue to serve the community.

About the Role:

As VP, Product Management at Atlas Health, you'll drive a high performing, diverse group of product management professionals in validating and clearly defining the experiences and offerings we provide to our customers from inception to market delivery. You will mentor our innovation teams to be great, leading collaborations with all functions across the company irrespective of constraints.

We are a growth stage company, so you will be excited to steer and evolve the product team and offering as we rapidly scale. The ideal candidate will have the ability to continue to iterate on our existing product portfolio with a relentless focus on commercial viability and positioning of our products while maintaining a forward perspective on expansion, segmentation, new product launches and future innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the team to find a balance of providing a definition of success for product development while allowing them to choose the best technical paths to get there
• Work with C-Suite to effectively define and deliver KPIs that drive the organization toward its goals
• Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, tactical guidance and clear communication on product strategy/roadmap priorities and statuses cross functionally while delivering solutions that work for our internal and external customers
• Oversee and implement strong metrics around product launches and continuously iterate to improve product features.
• Analyze market conditions and lay out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers value based on customer demands. Influence the company's GTM strategy.
• Understand the current state of products and platform technology and chart the future path in a balanced way that considers existing customer commitments, company's investment appetite and the company's mission
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers by cultivating a culture that exemplifies strong cross functional collaboration within Atlas Health and an outcomes focus.
• Lead the charge on working backwards from customers to deliver quality products that enable the company's business growth focused on financial aid leveraging healthcare data.
• Champion a P&L driven Product Management culture that rewards products that are profitable and/or capture significant market share
• Engage with External customers and partners to seek feedback on existing products and understand their future business growth strategy. Raise awareness on Atlas Health product roadmap and customer buy-in.
• Collaborate cross functionally with Engineering, Data, Operations, Security, Compliance, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to strategize and execute product experiences

What you bring to the table:

• Comfort in high growth organizations working under constraints and challenging delivery timelines
• Early career experience as an engineer, data scientist, or other technical role
• Outstanding written and communication skills as well as the ability to present your ideas effectively to an experienced audience and lead them on the journey that best serves them
• A clear understanding of Intellectual property development, value creation, and branding through product
• Strong leadership credentials with the ability to be hands on as needs arise
• Deep experience in health tech product management
• Strong working knowledge of data centric offerings or data interoperability that are enabled by a platform or API
• An understanding of clinical data from EMR, claims data, claims adjudication process
• Experience managing P&L for one or more product suites
