Position Overview:


As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in propelling the brand to new heights. You will be responsible for devising and executing strategies that will drive revenue growth, expand our market reach, and elevate brand visibility. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a dynamic team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and nurturing their professional growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Performance Metrics & Analysis: Implement metrics to measure the success of sales and marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget allocation for sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth across various channels, including online platforms, wholesale partnerships, and potential pop-up experiences.
  • Team Development: Mentor and inspire the sales and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development.
  • Marketing & Branding Leadership: Spearhead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, create compelling campaigns, and engage our target audience. Build brand equity and loyalty through authentic storytelling and impactful messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product design, production, and supply chain teams to align sales and marketing efforts with product development and inventory management.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to inform business decisions.
