The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for oversight of multiple regional managers and assist them in all operational aspects of multifamily property management. The VP will oversee several operational components of TableRock’s business plan and implementation of strategic initiatives. Specifically, the VP will oversee marketing, leasing, maintenance, asset preservation, capital improvements, training, integration of new apartment communities into the portfolio, and will focus on increasing operating income, preserving the assets, and positioning the Company’s operations for growth. The VP will oversee relationships with third party owners as well as collaborate with other management and ownership executives on key strategic initiatives.

Attributes of a Strong Candidate:


  • Strong communication, organization and project management skills.
  • Experience with onboarding, offboarding, repositions, lease ups and stabilized projects.
  • Assertive and have a strong drive to develop those around you, being an inspirational leader.
  • Minimum 10+ years-experience in multifamily property management
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • BA / BS or equivalent in Business, Hospitality or other related degrees.
  • Managed organizations of 20+ people.
  • Deep understanding of building financials in order to continually optimize team performance.
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy.
